1. Products & Custom Orders

JMakesAZ specializes in custom-made and made-to-order products, including but not limited to automotive accessories, emblems, hitch inserts, and other personalized items.

• Due to the custom nature of many products, colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown.

• Product images are for reference only and may not represent exact scale.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be resold or reused by us once produced.

 

2. Order Processing & Production Times

• Production times vary depending on product type and order volume.

• Estimated processing times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by material availability, supply chain issues, or high demand may occur.

JMakesAZ is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

3. Order Cancellation, Pricing Errors & Refusal of Service

JMakesAZ reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Errors in product listings, descriptions, availability, pricing, or images

• Typographical, technical, or system-related errors

• Suspected fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions

• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate customer behavior

• Attempts to circumvent policies, exploit errors, or misuse custom work

• Inability to fulfill an order due to material availability or production constraints

• Orders that violate these Terms or applicable laws

 

Color & Display Disclaimer

Product colors shown on the website are representations only.
Actual colors may vary due to material differences, manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, and individual screen or display settings. Color accuracy is not guaranteed, and variations do not constitute a defect.

 

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, JMakesAZ is not obligated to honor incorrect prices, even after an order is placed or payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund at our discretion.

 

Refunds Upon Cancellation

• If an order is canceled before production begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

• If cancellation occurs after production has started, refunds may be partial or denied due to custom materials, labor, or processing costs.

JMakesAZ also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time, provided such refusal does not violate applicable law.

4. Shipping

• Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• JMakesAZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered.

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in delays or additional fees.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order:

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and order details.

 

6. Installation & Use Disclaimer

JMakesAZ products are installed and used at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modifications.

• Some products are intended for off-road, decorative, or novelty use only, unless otherwise stated.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

 

7. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All content on www.jmakesaz.com is the exclusive property of JMakesAZ, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Product designs, configurations, and concepts

• 2D and 3D artwork, vector files, CAD files, and digital models

• Logos, branding, trade dress, slogans, and product names

• Product photos, renders, videos, and marketing materials

• Website text, layout, and original written content

These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, whether or not formally registered.

 

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written consent from JMakesAZ:

Purchase of a physical product does not grant ownership, licensing rights, or permission to reproduce the design.

 

8. Digital Products & License Terms (If Applicable)

If JMakesAZ offers digital products (including SVG, DXF, STL, or other downloadable files):

• All digital files are licensed, not sold

• Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license

• Files may be used for personal or limited commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise

 

Prohibited Digital Uses

You may not:

• Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute digital files

• Upload files to marketplaces, forums, or print-on-demand platforms

• Modify files for resale or claim them as your own

• Use files to create competing or derivative products

Violation of these terms results in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

 

9. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

JMakesAZ respects intellectual property rights and expects the same in return.

If you believe content associated with JMakesAZ infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Identification of the copyrighted work

3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (including URLs)

4. Your contact information

5. A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
